  • All prices shown are trade/wholesale prices (£15 per tub).
  • Wholesale accounts are available to veterinary practices, pet professionals, and legitimate trade customers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or close any account without reason.
4. Ordering & payment
  • Orders are accepted only when payment is received in full (Shopify Payments or bank transfer).
  • All prices are in GBP and are exclusive of VAT (we are not currently VAT registered).
5. Delivery
  • Free tracked delivery on orders of 10+ tubs (any mix).
  • Smaller orders are charged our standard courier rate.
  • In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • Pre-order items: dispatched 8–10 working days from payment – we will confirm the exact date immediately.
  • Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by couriers.
6. Cancellations & returns
  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund.
  • Returns of unopened, resaleable tubs are accepted within 14 days of receipt (return postage paid by you).
  • No refunds on opened or used products.
7. Product informationAll products are complementary pet foods and are manufactured in a GMP-approved UK facility. Shelf life is typically 18–24 months. We only ship fresh stock.8. LiabilityOur total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question.9. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.10.
